For Pet sitting\/ cat visits\/ overnight pet care: 7 days prior to service starting for regular Monday to Friday.\u00a0 14 days prior to service starting on a\u00a0 weekend\/holiday.\u00a0 Less than the required notice is considered a last minute request and will be accommodated based on availability. No refunds for early return.<\/p>\n
In instances where payment is not received on the Sunday, service is suspended and all future service requests will require pre-payment booking payment with no cancellations.
