Who will be walking and visiting my pets?

Just me. I do all the services myself.

How will I know they my dog has been walked or my pet got their visit?

I send a lot of photos or videos during my visits based on weather.  

Do you work in all weather conditions?

Yes I do.

How many dogs to you walk at one time?

All walks are private, solo walks. This will include only the dogs in the same household.

How do you handle unsocialized and reactive dogs?

I allow the dog(s) with me to see other dogs from a distance only. We will cross the street and let the dog understand they don’t need to be anxious as they don’t need to worry about meeting every dog on our walk. We do not meet any other dog on a walk unless the dogs know each other or the owner advises otherwise.

Do you charge for key pickup/drop off?

Yes, key exchange charge is $20 each time.

How many days notice do you require for service? 

For dog walking (Monday – Friday) by 9pm the night before
For Pet sitting/ cat visits/ overnight pet care: 7 days prior to service starting for regular Monday to Friday.  14 days prior to service starting on a  weekend/holiday.  Less than the required notice is considered a last minute request and will be accommodated based on availability. No refunds for early return.

When will I get invoiced for my pet(s) walk/visit?

You choose weekly or bi-weekly.  On the corresponding Friday and due by that Sunday.
In instances where payment is not received on the Sunday, service is suspended and all future service requests will require pre-payment booking payment with no cancellations.
Payment via e-transfer or cash.

How will you access my property?

You will provide me with a key or door code to gain entry and notify me of any alarm settings. If you have a door code I will also require a door key.

What is your cancellation policy?

Dog walking:
24 hours’ notice Monday to Friday, 48 hours’ notice for weekends/holidays.

Pet Sitting:
7 days (168 hours’) notice is required to cancel or change a booking for Monday to Friday, 14 days (336 hours’) notice for weekends/holidays. If less notice is given, the full charge of service is due.
